This policy explains what information PureConvert handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Image format conversion and metadata removal are designed to run locally in your browser. Those image files are not uploaded to our server for conversion. Re-rendering an image through the browser Canvas API normally excludes EXIF metadata such as GPS coordinates, camera details, and timestamps from the downloaded result.
The URL image extractor contacts the website address you provide through our server because browser cross-origin rules prevent many direct requests. Account login, support requests, subscription management, and service-limit checks also communicate with our server. Do not use the URL extractor for content you are not authorized to access.
If you create an account, we collect the name and email address you provide and store a protected password representation. We also maintain account status, conversion counts needed to enforce plan limits, and subscription references. If you contact support, we receive the contact details and message you submit.
Square processes subscription payments. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes. Resend delivers transactional messages such as account verification and password-reset emails. These providers process the information required to perform those services under their own terms and privacy practices.
PureConvert uses essential session cookies to keep users signed in and protect account sessions. Advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies on article pages where advertising code is enabled, subject to your browser settings and applicable consent requirements.
We use collected information to operate accounts, enforce service limits, process subscriptions, provide support, send transactional messages, secure the Service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Account information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for legal, security, and operational obligations. We use HTTPS, password hashing, and server-side session controls. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
